Question 1

What to do if the power supply or power supply switch light is not working?

Accepted Answer

Things to try if the power supply or power supply switch light is not working: Check power to the socket and reconnect the Pool Cleaner. Check that there is voltage in the power socket in the wall. Check that the power supply is plugged in and turned ON. Check that the power cable is securely connected all the way into the power supply. Turn the power supply off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on. Consult with your dealer and Service Center.

Question 2

My robotic pool cleaner slips and can't climb the wall — what should I do?

Accepted Answer

The most common reason robotic pool cleaners suddenly stop climbing your pool wall is because the surface becomes slippery due to algae build-up. When algae starts to build up in your pool it forms a thin transparent film over the hard surface of your pool. It is slippery and causes all robots to lose grip, preventing your cleaner from climbing up. It is only as time passes and the algae is left untreated that it becomes visible, usually more so in certain areas. Unfortunately, the robot cannot be fixed to overcome this issue. The best course of action is to use a reputable algicide.

Question 3

How to fix the Pool Cleaner motor?

Accepted Answer

To fix the Pool Cleaner motor: Remove the impeller tube and clean the impeller. Clean the tracks and wheels. If the issue persists, consult with your dealer and Service Center.

Question 4

How to stop the Pool Cleaner moving in circles?

Accepted Answer

Possible reasons and corrective actions: Remove dirt from moving parts. Clean filter bag/basket/cartridge. Remove debris stuck in the impeller-house or impeller-cover. Place the power supply in a position so that the Pool Cleaner can reach all walls. Lock the bottom lid in the right position. Correct pool and water conditions. Refer to the pool cleaner manual on the product page.

Question 5

How to make the Pool Cleaner cover the entire pool?

Accepted Answer

Possible reasons and corrective actions: Place the power supply in a position so that the Pool Cleaner can freely reach all the pool area. Check that there is enough slack in the floating cable for the Pool Cleaner to reach all of the pool. Clean the filter bag/basket/cartridge. For M Line models: you may enhance pool coverage by adjusting the handle float. For optimal pool coverage the Pool Cleaner should turn on the floor at a 90 degree angle (it rotates twice before completing the 90 degree turn). If it does not complete a 90 degree turn, shift the float opposite to the cable entry-side towards the handle center. If it turns wider than 90 degrees, shift the float on the cable entry-side towards the handle center.

Question 6

How to fix cable twisting?
