Dolphin robotic pool cleaner general Bluetooth connectivity guide
MyDolphin Plus app is an easy-to-use app for remotely controlling your Dolphin robot using Bluetooth.
Depending on the model you can activate different cleaning programs, the weekly time and/or manual control.
To find out which features are adapted to your robot, we advise you refer to its user manual.
The MyDolphin™ Plus app will work:
- On most mobile devices running iOS 7 or higher and Android 4.3 or higher
- If the power of your 3G or 4G network connection is at least 60%, i.e. 2 bars out of the 3 available
- When Bluetooth® and GPS are activated on your phone
- Connect the Dolphin robot to the power supply and the power supply to an electrical outlet.
- Launch the Dolphin robot.
- Press the On / Off button on the power supply to start the cleaning cycle of your Dolphin robot.
- Download & Open MyDolphin™ Plus app.
- Make sure you are within 5 metres of the robot's power supply
- Please allow all notifications on your smartphone.
- Sign up, you can also do this by using your Gmail/Facebook accounts, or open a new account.
- Scan the QR code (the small “Communications” LED on the Power supply will blink Blue), or you can press “Search for your robot manually”.
- Now the App should identify your robot, and the power supply will show continuous Blue LED.
- Go to "Choose Network" screen, then minimize the app go to setting on your smart phone and return back the app' the "LATER" button will appear press on it, then pop up will appear, skip & confirm.
- The MyDolphin™ Plus application will connect through Bluetooth.
Wait a few moments as this operation can take up to 2 minutes, depending on the signal strength of your 3G/4G network.
