My Dolphin robotic pool cleaner seems slower than usual
If your Dolphin robot moves slower than usual, we advise you to follow the following steps:
- Check that you are using your Dolphin in the recommended conditions (temperature and water chemical balance) :
- Ensure that your Dolphin robotic pool cleaner's wheels, tracks or brushes are not worn or damaged. We advise you to refer to the user manual of your Dolphin robotic pool cleaner. You will need to indicate the model of your Dolphin robot.
If the problem persists, you diagnose more thoroughly at an authorised Dolphin dealer.
