Why is my Dolphin Skimmi™ losing connection with the app?
If the Dolphin Skimmi™ is losing connection with the phone that has already been paired, try the following steps:
1. To ensure it has enough battery power, place the robot in direct sunlight to allow the battery to charge. Dolphin Skimmi™ 200/300 can also be charged using an external charger in low-light conditions.
2. Move your smartphone close to the Dolphin Skimmi™ to ensure the Bluetooth® connection is strong. The Dolphin Skimmi™ connects via Bluetooth® only.
3. Note that the Dolphin Skimmi™ can only be connected to one smartphone at a time. If it's already connected to another smartphone, close the app on that device before attempting to connect with yours.
