My Ecoclear Heat Pump will not run
Step 1: Check that there is power/supplied voltage (no tripped RCD (Residual Current Device) or power failure) supplied to the unit.
Step 2: Check that the correct set point temperature has been set.
Step 3: Check that if set, the heater timers do not conflict with the timer of the pump suppling water to the heat pump. If they do conflict adjust heat pump timers to match that of the supply pump.
