If there is water leaking from your Ecoclear single speed pump first check where the water is coming from.

If the water is coming from the unions connected to the pipework, check the following:

Step 1: Check the unions on the front and top of the pump connected to the pipe work are done up tightly (by hand).

Step 2: Check the unions have their 'O' rings installed and that they are not pinched.

If the leaking is from between the casing:

Step 1: Check the casing bolts are tighted sufficiently.

Step 2: If the leak is from beneath the pump it is more than likely the mechanical seal.

The seal will require replacing by an authorised repairer.

Water is leaking from the lid area.

Step 1: Remove the lid and ensure that the rubber 'o' ring is still seated correctly.

Step 2: Ensure that the pump basket is seated correctly in the hair and lint pot.

Step 3: Check that the lid does not have a crack in it.
