If your Ecoclear Single Speed Pump does not turn on, carry out the following steps:

Step 1: Check the pump is pluged in to either your chlorinator or a power point.

Step 2: If the pump is pluged into your chlorinator ensure your chlorinator is switched on and working.

Step 3: If the pump is still not working, remove the plug from the chlorinator and plug directly into a power point that you know is on and working.

Step 4: Is there a buzzing eminating from the cover where the electrical cord enters the pump, if so it will be a failed capacitor.

This will require the services of a qualified technican.
