How annoying, your robot has stopped working! Let's look at the impeller and its surrounding parts:

Make sure the power supply is unplugged from the outlet.
For the next step, use a Phillips-head screwdriver; do not use a power drill.
If you notice debris trapped in the impeller, open it, remove it, and reassemble it.
Check for visible debris if your robot model has side grilles.
