The tracks on my Dolphin robot are loose/fell off
This may occur early on with your new product as occasional shifting during shipment can occur, causing the tracks to loosen.
If your Dolphin’s tracks come off during initial usage, this can be resolved by manually re-installing them.
The tracks on your Dolphin can become damaged and slack if it is often used in a chemically unbalanced pool.
